cocktail spy's top cocktail recipes

What makes for a top cocktail recipe, according to the Cocktail Spy?

It's arbitrary, of course. The first thing I look for is a widely available base liquor. A great cocktail should have few ingredients, all easy to find. It needs to be simple to prepare, without a ton of work required. And finally, it has to be classic enough that bartenders all over the world know how to make it.

Some of the world’s top cocktail recipes are very easy to make.

Pumpkin Pie Sangria:

1 bottle sparkling cider (chilled)

1 bottle white wine (chilled)
